I came for a knee arthroscopy and was treated with great respect and dignity and would like to thank the staff and would definitely recommend this hospital

Reception staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Cleaning staff were also highly visible throughout my visit.

Again from when I went into Sarum hospital the receptionist were extremely welcoming ( on all my visits it was the same lady who was blonde and bubbly ) she was lovely and nothing was too much trouble
The nurse who looked after me when I had my op was lovely , I think her name was Karen or Sharon sorry I cant remember.
Anne my physio was lovely and Really helped with my recovery .
I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and efficient treatment I received.

Sarum Road Hospital covid procedures went to a great deal Care to ensure that the patients entering the hospital for operations would be totally safe from the virus.
The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Considering how COVID affects the day to day runnings I cannot sing your praises highly enough!
During my time with you ( 2 night's ),
all staff involved with me were absolutely fantastic in their attitude, care, friendliness and above all professionalism.

I was made very comfortable during both my stays for knee replacements. I found all the staff to be courteous, professional and caring throughout.

Everyone was wonderful from the chefs and his help, to the nursing staff and physio's.Im sure I recovered as well as I did because everyone made me feel relaxed and happy.
